Please look in your child's PSR folder for the information. If your child is new to the program, please contact Michelle Knefelkamp at the parish office (939-6426) to set up an appointment to register. You can obtain a blank form on this website. --> <P><BR> <P>When a 6th, 7th or 8th grade student completes a service project, the Catholic Reflection Paper (see link below) should be completed by the student and approved by an adult.
